TEQ DEN is a small, focused engineering organization. We're not building a large agency or a headcount-first company. We're building a team where every engineer has real product impact, genuine ownership, and room to grow technically.
Working here means working directly on real products — contributing to architecture decisions, understanding the business context behind what you build, and taking responsibility for outcomes rather than just delivery.

We care more about how you approach problems than whether you know every framework. The ability to reason through technical trade-offs matters far more than having the right line on a CV.
Ownership and initiative
People who see a problem and address it — not people who wait to be told exactly what to do. We want engineers who feel responsible for the outcome, not just their assigned tasks.
Curiosity about the product
Engineers who want to understand why they're building something, not just what. Understanding the product and business context leads to better technical decisions.
Comfort with complexity
Most interesting problems are messy. We look for people who can hold ambiguity without shutting down — who can map a complex system, identify the real constraints, and find a practical path forward.

We are a small team. Clear, honest communication — including when there's a problem or a disagreement — is how we work well together and serve clients well.
