The platform had grown significantly in features and complexity. Maintaining the right level of abstraction across the low-code engine — while continuing to ship product features at pace — required engineering depth that understood both the product vision and the implementation constraints. Performance and architectural consistency were recurring concerns.

Designed and built a digital yearbook platform for Romanian schools — a structured, school-oriented digital product experience.

The Challenge
Romanian schools needed a modern, digital alternative to the traditional printed yearbook — one that was easy for school administrators to manage, structured for organized content collection, and pleasant for students and parents to interact with. The product needed to work reliably at small and medium scale across many different school contexts.
Our Approach
- Designed the product architecture around the school content workflow: classes, students, photos, text
- Built a purpose-specific admin dashboard for school administrators
- Implemented structured content management with per-class and per-student organization
- Focused on simplicity and reliability over feature breadth — the right set of features done well

Several business processes were running on manual effort: tracking approvals through email, aggregating data from disparate sources, generating reports by hand. These processes were slow, error-prone, and difficult to audit. The cost of not automating them was growing as the business scaled.
